The Mighty Fortress Church is led by the founder and Senior Pastor, Bishop Thomas Williams. For more than thirty years, Bishop Williams has performed in some capacity in the church. He is very respected in the ministry, and applies the knowledge and wisdom of the Word of God in his daily life. He believes that the Word of God, and His infinite wisdom is the answer to many of the world’s problems, such as racism, poverty, disease, Moral decay, and rebellion against Christ. Bishop Williams is also the President of the Mighty Fortress International Church and Ministries which includes outreach ministries, and support groups.


Bishop Thomas Williams graduated from the Rhema Bible Training Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma with a ministerial degree. He also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication from North Central University in Minneapolis, and a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University and Seminary, in St. Paul. He also holds two Honorary Doctorate degrees. He is married to his wife, Sabrina, and they have three children.
